Here at Prime Accountants Group we continually look for improvements in the way we deliver services and interact with our clients. We have always welcomed client feedback and where possible implement new technology to increase the efficiency of our service.
Following on from the recent client feedback we have introduced a direct debit system to collect client fees and so far over 200 clients opted into the system.
We are able to offer clients this option as Prime has been authorised to collect direct debit payments.
The system is flexible so that payments can be collected on any frequency or ad hoc as and when invoices are due. No fee is collected without clients being notified in advance and once authorised the payment can be processed automatically without the client having to do anything.
Clients welcome this new system as it reduces the administration burden on them and completely eliminates any chasing from us. We can also offer clients an arrangement to spread their annual accounting costs over an agreed period which improves their cashflow.
The process is quick and easy to implement, we only require one form to be completed, and then our internal accounts team will do the rest.
