I am constantly amazed to see the contributions of time with knowledge and advice made by volunteers in all walks of life. Whether busy professionals taking up Governorship in the education sector or directors joining boards in the charity sector.
As a Chamber we fall into the latter category. We are held to account by our Board of Directors who are dedicated people helping us to make decisions for the Chamber and our members. And the people who stand out as a potential member of our board are usually the busiest people.
This year Solihull Chamber has welcomed two new vice presidents, Martin Clarke from the NEC and Mick Westman of Digital INnov8ors. We have also been lucky enough to welcome Kam Majevadia from law firm Sydney Mitchell to our executive committee.
I would like to publicly thank these dedicated professionals as well as our existing board and look forward to working with them all over the next few years.
