A new fresh look but the same quality service that our clients and contacts expect from us. Or, as we like to think, an evolution rather than a revolution of the Prime brand.
We felt a rebrand was required to update our image to better reflect the firm we are today. We pride ourselves on not being stereotypical accountants and this fresh new look portrays the modern, forward thinking, approachable firm we are.
As part of the re-brand we spent a considerable amount of time reflecting on who we are as a firm and how our clients perceive us. In order to ascertain this we utilised the feedback from our biannual satisfaction survey.
The comments that came back from the survey were really positive and we were able to incorporate these into our new brand. The evolved design incorporates aspects of our brand in a series of equations that portray who we are in very simple terms. The main equation is “Listen, advise, proposer” which eloquently sums up what our clients say that we do for them.
We have also evolved the company mission statement based on our brand values. These brand values are how Prime and our staff embrace work when delivering services to our clients.
Our brand values are what we do,:-
By embracing these values we know our staff will fulfil our mission statement; We are always available to simplify the complex, cut through the jargon and provide accurate, honest advice to help our clients prosper over the long term.
To coincide with the new brand design, we have also updated our website which now has the same modern and fresh feel as the brand design. It can be accessed at www.primeaccountants.co.uk please feel free to browse and let us know what you think.
We have also introduced a new relaxed dress code in our office which helps reinforce the modern outlook we have and now portray in our brand, both of which we feel better represents who Prime is today.
We are always available to simplify the complex, cut through the jargon and provide accurate, honest advice to help our clients prosper over the long term."
