Right to work checks update

The Home Office has posted an updated guide on right to work checks for employers. 

In the event an employer were to employ an illegal worker, they need to follow the guide to the letter in order to avoid substantial fines.
All employers, irrespective of size or sector are required to prevent the employment of illegal workers.
