Feedback from our client satisfaction survey

We believe delivering a service in accordance to our brand values will provide clients with a high level of client satisfaction. In order to understand clients’ perception of the service we provide, every 2 years we undertake a client satisfaction survey.

We would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete our satisfaction survey and for the positive comments we received.

95% were satisfied or completely satisfied with our overall service, whilst 98% would happily recommend Prime to others.

The results we received were very positive and included a lot of praise, particularly regarding the personal service that we provide. We are extremely pleased to receive such feedback as we make significant effort to understand our clients, their businesses and ambitions both personally and professionally. Feedback of this nature confirms that clients feel they receive a bespoke solution tailored to their needs.

A few of the key points that came out from the results is that clients valued the relationships that have been developed, the flexibility we can offer and that they trust the advice we provide. This fits in with our brand values that we deliver services in accordance to.
