Nick Ballard
IT Manager
Nick has been with Prime for over 17 years, providing IT services to the company and its clients.
Together with his team, Nick has updated the IT infrastructure from a single-office environment into a multi-site one. He has expertise in installing and administering IP-telephony, wireless networks, VPNs and servers as well as having various other technology-related capabilities.
In addition to this, he has experience in application development and has created a variety of applications for in-house use.
He has a BTEC National Diploma in Computers, a Diploma in Performance Management and the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) qualification.
Nick lives with his wife and youngest daughter in Nuneaton and, in his spare time, Nick can be found out and about in the countryside, being a keen walker and cyclist.
