We’ve launched a Leadership and Management Programme to help 12 members of our staff develop their careers and learn new skills. We are implementing the course to enhance the skills of Prime’s team members and prepare them to take on bigger responsibilities in the future. The programme, led by CAPE Coaching and Development, will cover a wide range of topics, including strategic planning, effective communication, decision-making, and team management. Taking on this new professional challenge in the first year will be individuals from a cross-selection of assistant managers, managers and senior managers.

We embarked on a charity challenge which saw us row the distance from Birmingham to Venice in just 24 hours. The team took turns on rowing machines – and called on the help of clients, family and friends – to cover the 798 mile Charity.

The decision to be acquired by Prime in October 2021 stemmed from aligning business values; placing people at the centre, a shared client approach and excellent reputations, making a perfect partnership.

We are taking a proactive step towards sustainability and environmental stewardship. This initiative underscores our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and mitigating climate change impacts. Through innovative strategies and collaborative efforts, we aim to implement sustainable practices across our operations, from energy conservation to waste reduction.

The larger office will allow us to expand our team and continue to improve the services we provide, as well as improving our meeting spaces for when we are able to welcome guests back to our offices again.

The team took on the challenge of cycling the length of Le Tour de France in just 24 hours, in the middle of Touchwood shopping centre. Raising over £18,500 for Birmingham Childrens Hospital

We introduced Virtual Cabinet, a cutting-edge document management solution. As Prime’s brand ambassador, Tim will work with Prime staff and clients to help improve personal wellness, business performance, and the positive impact we can have on our community and the environment.

S. Pabari and Co. have extensive experience in acting for pharmacists and by joining Prime Accountants Group will enhance the service Prime is able to offer clients from this industry. In return, S. Pabari and Co. clients will benefit from the wider range of services available from Prime Accountants Group.

The main priority was finding a firm with a culture and approach to client service that aligns with Rochesters. Prime were able to demonstrate through their brand values and mission statement that they have a strong ethos for client service thus ensuring a seamless transition for clients.

The Space Hopperathon saw two teams of Prime employees leave the offices in Coventry and Solihull and bounce 13 miles to the Hatton Arms. Team members shared responsibility for bouncing on the space hopper ensuring someone was bouncing at all times along the route. We raised over £2000 for Zoe’s Place in Coventry and SoLO in Solihull

Enhancing experience in the Charity Sector

We're excited to announce the expansion of our Coventry office, marking a significant milestone in our growth journey. This strategic decision reflects our commitment to better serve our clients in the Coventry area and beyond. With increased capacity and resources, our expanded office enables us to provide enhanced support and personalized service to our valued clients.

We created the Senior Manager role as a testament to our commitment to leadership excellence. This strategic addition aims to elevate our managerial capacity, providing enhanced support and guidance to our team. Senior Managers will play a pivotal role in driving strategy, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional client service.

A team of us from Prime climbed the three mountains of Snowdon, Scarfell Pike and Ben Nevis, cycling to each mountain from our office in Solihull racking up over 1000 miles in the saddle. The final element to this challenge was to visit a local lake at each mountain and row the length of Lake Bala, Windermere and Loch Ness (which is believed to be harder than rowing the channel!). We rasied over £17,000 for Birmingham Childrens Hospital.

We started our Remote Desktop journey by using Citrix Xenapp and then migrated to another Remote Desktop environment, ultimately upgrading to the latest iteration.

We introduced our Manager Development Programme, designed to elevate leadership skills and drive professional growth. This initiative aims to empower our managers with the tools and insights needed to excel in their roles. Through tailored workshops and coaching sessions, participants will enhance their strategic thinking, communication, and team management abilities.

We launched our first staff conference. This event aims to bring our team together for knowledge sharing, networking, and team building. Through workshops and presentations, we'll explore industry trends and innovations, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

We had the crazy idea of cycling to all 62 olympic gold postboxes in the UK, which were painted in honour of our gold medal winners. Cycling from our offices in Solihull and Coventry, we cycled to each and every olympic gold postbox over a 3 month period - that's around 3,600 miles. In the process we raised over £30,000 for cancer support charity, Macmillan.
