Managing Director
Morgan began training to be a Chartered Accountant in 1994 at an independent Birmingham firm which predominantly serviced the SME market. He qualified in 1998 and gained a great deal of experience in audit before deciding to move on to a top 10 national firm, where he managed a portfolio of clients and supervised the larger audits including high profile and listed companies.
He is one of the four original founding partners of Prime, since it was created in 2007.
Morgan became Managing Director in September 2024, after previously heading up the audit & accounts department. He is now responsible for the smooth running of the firm, and the training and development of the team. Morgan is also client facing, he is one of the firm’s specialist audit directors.
Morgan enjoys really getting to understand his clients’ businesses so that he can provide the appropriate support and advice to help them drive their business forward. In addition he also acts for charities and not for profits.
Outside of the office Morgan is a keen sports fan, following Aston Villa, the local cricket franchises and motorsport.
