At Prime Accountants Group, our net zero commitment is at the core of our mission. In partnership with Carbon Happy World, we are taking meaningful action to combat the climate crisis by measuring, reducing, and offsetting our greenhouse gas emissions on our path to Net Zero accreditation.
Since beginning our sustainability journey in 2022, we’ve been working diligently to reduce our carbon footprint, with the ultimate goal of achieving Net Zero by 2040. Using a detailed baseline carbon assessment, we’ve established a clear starting point to track progress and refine our strategies.
Our plan focuses on reducing our carbon footprint across our offices in Coventry, Solihull, and Birmingham. Key areas include improving air conditioning and lighting systems, enhancing supplier relationships, educating employees, conducting regular surveys, and strengthening recycling initiatives. We’ve aligned our approach with both global best practices and UK-specific regulations to ensure our efforts are impactful and relevant.
By implementing these initiatives, we aim to not only meet our environmental responsibilities but also inspire our industry, clients, and community to join us in building a sustainable future.
