We’re investing in new payroll technology to serve you even better

We’re excited to share some news about our payroll service. Over the coming six to eight months, we’ll be rolling out a new cloud-based payroll platform called Staffology Payroll.

We’ve spent time reviewing the software market, knowing how much more complex payroll legislation has become in recent years and we’ve now committed to this upgrade.

It means we can offer a more modern and secure payroll system, so we can keep delivering the high standard of service you expect from us, with some great new features to come too.

Minimal disruption for your employees

We know changes like this can feel significant, so we want to reassure you that this one has been designed to keep things straightforward.

Your employees will continue to access their payslips and payroll documents through their existing myePayWindow portal, logging in exactly as they do now. Nothing changes for them.

There’s nothing you need to do at this stage either. We’ll be in touch directly if we need any further information from you or if there’s anything relevant to share as we move through the rollout.
