Prime Accountants is searching for the next generation of accounting talent in the Midlands

A Midlands leading independent accountancy firm, Prime Accountants Group, has opened applications for its 2026 Trainee Recruitment Scheme, inviting both graduates and A-level students to take their first step into a career in accountancy.

The roles will be based in either Prime’s Birmingham or Solihull office.

The scheme offers successful applicants the chance to work with a close-knit team of experienced professionals willing and ready to provide personal, hands-on training from day one.

The firm is on the lookout for school leavers with a minimum of three A levels at grade B or above, or predicted to achieve this standard, alongside GCSE Maths and English at grade B or grade 6 or above.

Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are also encouraged to apply.

With specialist teams across accountancy, wealth management, corporate tax planning and legal services, the firm works closely with a wide range of business clients.

Trainees will gain exposure to different areas of the business, building an understanding of how these services come together to support clients under one roof.

Recruitment days will take place at the firm’s Solihull office on 27^th and 28^th April, allowing shortlisted candidates to meet the team and experience the firm’s working environment first hand.
